If you don't absolutely love your clothes, you have 14 days from the time you receive your items to request a return or exchange. 

Items must be unworn or unused with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Returns are fr ee but must be requested and approved before a return label can be emailed.  

We are proudly manufacturing our clothes in the US. Our manufacturer is in Los Angeles, CA.  

We believe in ethical manufacturing and fair pay.  

We design our clothes here in Houston, Tx and we have other designers input from New York and Los Angeles.  

Shipping costs depend upon the product weight. Shipping starts around $3.25.  

In an effort to keep our shipping costs low, we offer options through USPS and UPS. We have negotiated rates that are less expensive than normal shipping rates.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.  

Your order will then be shipped within 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. We do make every effort to ship as quickly as possible no matter what day you order. You will receive another confirmation as soon as your order has shipped. 

During Covid-19, shipping make take longer than usual.

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation email, please email us at hello@shopexiza.com. We will do everything we can to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible.  

At this time, we only ship in the U.S.

We are however, looking into shipping options for other countries. 

We have size XS-XL. We are also planning on adding plus sizes in the future as soon as we are able.
