  1. Medicine Ball Squat Press: Start by holding the medicine ball close to your chest while performing squats. As you rise from the squat position, press the ball overhead. This dynamic exercise engages multiple muscle groups, toning your legs, glutes, and shoulders.

  2. Russian Twists for a Toned Core: Sit on the floor with your knees bent and lean back slightly, engaging your core. Hold the medicine ball with both hands and twist your torso from side to side, ensuring your abs are doing the work. 

  3. Lunge with a Twist: Take your lunges up a notch by incorporating a medicine ball. As you step forward into a lunge, rotate your torso towards the leg in front, holding the ball with both hands. This move enhances the engagement of your core, while also working on your legs and glutes.

  4. Medicine Ball Wall Throws: Find a clear space and a sturdy wall for this exercise. Stand facing the wall and throw the medicine ball against it with force. Catch it on the rebound and repeat.   6. Single-Leg Deadlift with a Twist: Hold the medicine ball with both hands in front of you and lift one leg behind you as you hinge at the hips, lowering the ball towards the ground.
